Franz Inderbitzin – Board Member
Franz Inderbitzin is an independent advisor especially for Finance and M&A related topics. A big part of his career he worked for SANDOZ / NOVARTIS. He held various finance positions in the SANDOZ / NOVARTIS Group, amongst others he was CFO in SANDOZ Pharma in Milano, CFO of the entire SANDOZ Pharma Division and later Head of General Affaires (Finance, Legal, IT, HR) of the Construction Chemical Division. Therefore, he possesses long-standing operational and strategic experience in almost all areas of Finance.
Thomas Müller – Partner
Since 2010 Thomas Müller is CEO of CIC Banque Suisse, a Swiss foreign bank that operates as a full-service bank. He successfully studied political science in Geneva and economics at the University of St. Gallen with emphasis on banking. Before becoming CEO of CIC he was a member of the management board of the Migros Bank and as the Head of Private Banking responsible for the setup of the equity market and the private banking division. Thus, Thomas Müller has compelling experience in the field of private banking and outstanding skills in general management at his disposal and knows the Swiss financial centre and customer segments at best. Furthermore, he is an expert in private equity, real estate and intellectual property.
Alessandro Salerno – Board Member
After a degree in mechanical engineering, Alessandro Salerno worked several years in Siemens dealing mainly with important projects and leading a team of project managers operating in Italy and abroad. In 2006 he joined Relight, a pioneer company in renewable energies, and was responsible for R&D and business development. He was member of the board in all relevant companies in Relight group. Since 2013 he is co-founder and COO of Asvito Light and Asvito Luce, actively applying his earned knowledge in renewable and sustainable energy projects and using his marketing and sales skills for the growth of the group.
Andreas von Erlach – Advisory Board Member
As a Lawyer, Andreas von Erlach was active in various companies and law firms. His preferred working areas are contract- and business law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He advises international and domestic companies in M&A and private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and general contract matters (e.g. joint ventures, partnership and shareholders agreements) and directly related areas as well as on regulatory matters. As Board Member of Asvito Light, he is applying his knowledge to support business development decisions and counselling the other Board Members in their approach.
